Collection Get : Save As.
Jazz vocalist + sad robot = indie pop.
Robo/human duo Collection Get! sounds like a low-bit star fighter, crashing
though a lush palate of hi-fi indie electro textures. Rare vintage synths,
nintendos, old computers and an unreasonable pile of live instruments provide
the backdrop for Grace Hrabi (vocals + keys) and Eliot Britton (brooding robot
voice, beats, bass and synths).
Who would have guessed that jazz vocalist +
avant-garde composer = indie pop? Collection Get's debut album Save As will
launch this exciting addition to the indie pop soundscape.
