Louis Lingg and the Bombs : Punk Instrumentals.
Punk rock to blow your head off.
These are instrumental versions of songs that were recorded in true DIY
punk conditions. 5 of these song were mixed by the legendary super
producer, Steve Kravac, (7 Seconds, MXPX, Guttermouth, Blink 182, Less
than Jake, Tsunami Bomb, Youth Brigade) so you can be sure that there
are some pretty good sounds going on here for an ultra-low budget
recording! Check out some of their proper songs too on their album
Light Lullabies for Skinny Puppies"
This is the soundtrack for the anti-capitalist demonstration currently
camped out in your city.
This is the sound of people screaming for another way of doing things
before it's too late for us all.
This is the smell of teargas and the leather of a riot cop's glove
suffocating all hope.
This is the joy of taking back the streets, of taking back what's
rightfully ours.
These are the sounds of freedom and hope.
"We were heavily influenced by the current revolutions raging across
every country in the world. In these songs, we were trying to express
the optimism and excitement we were feeling. A furious energy was
burning through us! However, we're smart, realistic people too so there
is a dark side lurking in there too."
