Over the Waves by Olexa Kabanov Olexa Kabanov : Over the Waves.
Strings slowly plucked from the soul.

Over the Waves, the new album from multi-instrumentalist Olexa Kabanov. The music from this album invites us on a journey to distant lands and unknown continents.

Inspired by a unique synergy between the motifs from new age, world and folk music, Kabanov brings us a fresh, new sound, breezy and uplifting. It's an easy, energetic and uplifting album. The last song "Unforgotten song" is a little heavier and draws us back down to Earth, but with a bright sadness, a beautiful empathy.
